When does the challenge start?
This 6-week challenge is self-paced. You get full access once purchased.
Do I only have 6 weeks of access to this challenge?
You have lifetime access! You only need to purchase this challenge once but you can follow this program as many time as you would like.
I am vegetarian, can I still sign up and participate?
Anyone can participate in our challenge. We have many different recipes broken down so you can customize your meal plans that will fit with any dietary concern.

You can ask the community message board on the program's page in your account area. Or you can always email us at info@liveinharmony.coach and we do our best to reply within 24 hours. (Within 48 hours on weekends/holidays).
I am not a member of a gym or have equipment at home, will I still be able to follow the workouts?
The 18 workouts are a compilation of Bodyweight HIIT, Cardio Sculpt and Strength workouts. We have split them up by week, so it works out to 3 workouts a week. That are a variety of styles to help mix it up! You can use items around your home if you do not have equipment. Instead of light weights you can use canned food. Instead of a booty band you can use a sports bra - we can help you be creative!
